Athene has named Eurest Dining Services: Prairie Café Catering the exclusive vendor to provide catering services at the corporate campus. All catering that is paid for by Athene for a meeting conducted at the corporate campus must be ordered through Prairie Café Catering according to these policies and procedures.

Catering needs outside of these hours may be requested by contacting Nicole Peterson, General Manager, Prairie Café and Catering at (515) 342-6210 or via e-mail at nicole.peterson@compass-usa.com.
Before planning the catering for your event, please ensure you have reserved a meeting room. Meeting rooms can be reserved through Outlook. When reserving your meeting space, please book an additional 15 minutes prior to your meeting for setup and 15 minutes after your meeting for clean-up of catering items.
Catering items will be delivered 15 minutes prior to each function and will be cleaned up immediately following each event.
Disposable and compostable dinnerware will accompany all orders unless otherwise specified. Please note any special instructions on your order or contact the Prairie Café Catering General Manager - Nicole Peterson - at 515.342.6210.
Catering items will be set up inside the meeting room, unless otherwise requested.

You may decrease your guest count if done by close of business two days prior to your meeting. Your bill will be adjusted accordingly.
In order to comply with local state and health regulations, perishable foods (with the exception of cookies) are not allowed to be taken from any catered event.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the start of your meeting will be charged 50% of the total catering order. In the event of a cancellation for which you are billed, you may not request the food be packaged ‘to go.’
Catered events paid for by Athene will be charged to a budget center; credit cards are not accepted.
A budget center will be required to complete the order through Catertrax.
The person placing the order is responsible for the approval and timely processing of the invoice, which will be provided via email at the conclusion of your meeting.
